While most portfolios are digital these days, Thomas Coward Design elected for a printed portfolio. Not only did the content need to be legible, but the document needed a point of difference to capture his audience. We opted to print as a Tabloid Newspaper.

I love the way when printed newspapers can be so unpredictable. The colours, the paper, the slight transparency through to the next page and mostly the way files are set up accurately to impose, yet each newspaper is folded with a complete disregard causing text and image spanning each spread to be mis-aligned. This creative roll-of-the-dice is most evident on the spread featuring the DUNE handbasin.
