My role as Creative Director over the past four years includes:

 

Conceptually design & develop products and packaging in the Body Care & Home Fragrance sector for retailers within NZ, Australia, Asia, Middle East and European markets. Foreseeing trends and communicating decisions with confidence.

 

Effective product development, sourcing, technical specs, quoting, evaluating prototypes and overseeing supply chain. Explore new paths, procedures and approaches while proficient in creative thinking and fast problem-solving. Excelling in time & project management and communication. 

 

Self starter, demonstrating a high level of initiative. Re-focusing the brands visual integrity and overseeing worldwide branding.

 

Creative communication presenting directly to customers providing expert advice on manufacturing, commercial functionality and aesthetic applications. Strategically identifying business opportunities and retail initiatives, planning and implementing all digital and in-store marketing initiatives for business growth.

 

Developing and implementing digital & print marketing strategies, social media campaigns, in-store promotions, email marketing. Responsible for all e-commerce design, management and sales growth with detailed budget planning. 

 

Managing & mentoring 5-7 staff. Evaluating performances, upskilling and improving team output. Recruit in-house staff, freelancers and external contractors. Encourage an environment for creative excellence.
